Common questions about trading, wallets, fees, and safety on GRAMPUMP.
How do I trade?
Open any token, choose Buy or Sell, enter an amount (or tap a preset), and confirm. You sign the transaction in your own wallet via TON Connect — GRAMPUMP never holds your funds or keys.
What wallet do I need?
Any TON Connect wallet — Tonkeeper is the most common. Inside Telegram you can use the built-in @wallet / TON Space. You need a small amount of TON for the swap plus network gas.
What are the fees?
Each swap shows a full breakdown before you sign: DEX fee, price impact, a 1% GRAMPUMP referral fee, route, and estimated network gas. Nothing is hidden and nothing is taken server-side.
Is my money safe with GRAMPUMP?
GRAMPUMP is non-custodial. It builds the transaction; you sign it in your wallet. We never take custody, never sign on your behalf, and never see your keys or seed phrase. Never share your seed phrase with anyone, including anyone claiming to be us.
Why did a chart or trade show 'cached'?
Market data comes from public providers with rate limits. When a source is briefly busy, we serve the last good data labeled honestly rather than showing something fake. It refreshes automatically.
Can I launch my own token?
The create flow is a sandbox preview — it simulates locally and broadcasts nothing. Real launches stay disabled until the bonding-curve contracts are independently audited.
How do holder badges work?
“Holder” and “top holder” flair on comments is verified from on-chain balances at post time — it can't be self-claimed.
